There are seven seals in the book of Revelation that explain astronomic events that will unfold at Armageddon. As the first seal opens up, the Antichrist will arrive after the rapture takes place, a subtle moment where millions of people disappear from the earth, leaving the rest of the world behind.

Where the Antichrist comes to power can be discerned by whoever fits into a particular country. One will hold the characteristics of a political leader that matches the forthcoming beast.

While there are different clues to where he will come from, only time will tell until he’s finally revealed. Some people believe he will come out of the Middle East to bring false peace to the Jews of Israel. With much conflict happening between the Israelite and Palestinian armies, the invasion of Jihad, and Iran’s nuclear threat, he could rise out of Syria to rescue the Jews from that stronghold.

If that were the case, most of them will be deceived and have to flee the country to avoid being killed or taken captive by the enemy. However, this would make Israel the enemy’s main objective to enforce another Jewish holocaust, but there will not be another one towards them alone; how it will take place against the rest of the human race.

Israel may have an impact on the end times as part of government affairs but also may be involved in some of the chaos at Armageddon. The Jews who are left behind will have to make one of three choices: to accept the beast system, be martyred, or flee to another place for refuge, which is in Petra, the city of Jordan. Not only will the remnant of Jews flee to that city for safety, 144,000 Jewish witnesses will give direction to others that are left behind.

Global Tyranny

Right now, the Jews are in the same situation we’re in as he establishes his throne and creates a cashless society. So he will not come out of the Middle East to make pretend peace with Israel. I think he will come out of the European Union to sign a peace treaty with Iran, not just to serve as the Jewish false messiah, but to become a worldwide deceiver. Not only will he convince people that he can fix the economic crisis, but he will enforce everyone to take the mark of the beast to buy or sell any goods. Specified countries that make up the EU, France, Greece, and Germany, could be where he comes out of to establish a Fourth Reich.

When Adolf Hitler started his 3rd Reich, he signed a concordat with the Vatican in agreement to wipe out the Jews, based on their own history of antisemitism. While he collaborated with them as part of a historic plan to replace them as God’s chosen people, the city of Jerusalem had been destroyed twice by the crusaders.

Ever since its rebirth in 1948, Jews and Arabs have migrated to Israel to fight for control over Jerusalem. It is now been a resting place for different religions, including Islam, Judaism and Christianity. It is also the mainland where Christ is supposed to reign for a thousand years (after the second coming), according to the doctrine of dispensationalism, which refers to Israel in the literal sense. According to covenant theology, the contrasting view to dispensationalism, in which the term “Israel” is used allegorically, refers to the church in general whenever it’s mentioned in the Bible. Why would God want his new chosen people (the gentiles) to reside in a country that belonged to the Jews?

Zion, which was a spiritual name for Jerusalem in the Old Testament, is a metaphorical term in the New Testament to mean God’s holy, eternal city. Unless God sets up his kingdom in the new Jerusalem, he will wait until it has fallen to save his people in heaven period. If the Jews are in the same position as us, then Israel is distant from what’s really going on in the end times—the great falling away, in which the world gradually departs from the faith—just before his return.

Earth’s Final Plot

The Antichrist, or beast who sets up peace with the false prophet (or the last pope), should not be mistaken for the destruction done to Israel, but to the rest of the earth. Just as Hitler wanted to expand the German Empire throughout the entire world, the Antichrist will try to do the same thing but in a different way. This time he will use the false prophet to lead people astray into the beast system. By endorsing peace with the Jews, he will deceive the earth by using Islam to invade every nation, causing all people, both small and great, rich and poor, to choose their final destiny.
